RETURN & REFUND POLICY (30-DAY GUARANTEE)
- Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to all orders that have included the additional insurance
- Request for refunds must be initiated within 30 days of dispatch
- Customer Support is authorised to make a decision if a return/refund is accepted.
- If you do not like your item and are seeking a refund, at least 90% of the item must be remaining to be eligible for a full refund.
- Do not ship the item back to us prior to receiving confirmation from Customer Support. All returns must be approved by Customer Support first.
- Return shipping fees by Australia Post may apply.
- We make ask you for a photo of the item as proof.
- Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 10 days once Customer Support confirms your refund for the money to be credit.
DAMAGED GOODS
- We will happily replace any damaged goods.
- Please email Customer Support and include a photo of the damage.
