RETURN & REFUND POLICY (30-DAY GUARANTEE)

• Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to all orders that have included the additional insurance
• Request for refunds must be initiated within 30 days of dispatch
• Customer Support is authorised to make a decision if a return/refund is accepted.
• If you do not like your item and are seeking a refund, at least 90% of the item must be remaining to be eligible for a full refund.
• Do not ship the item back to us prior to receiving confirmation from Customer Support. All returns must be approved by Customer Support first.
• Return shipping fees by Australia Post may apply. 
• We make ask you for a photo of the item as proof. 
• Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 10 days once Customer Support confirms your refund for the money to be credit. 

DAMAGED GOODS

• We will happily replace any damaged goods. 
• Please email Customer Support and include a photo of the damage.
